Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Sr. Project Manager to design and deliver AI-enabled learning experiences that transform workforce capability and business outcomes.

You will partner with L&D, finance leaders, and stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions that drive performance. In this role, you will lead multi-modal design, apply ADDIE/SAM principles, and leverage AI to accelerate content development while measuring impact across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with ADDIE or SAM learning frameworks or similar methodologies is a plus.
• Experience implementing and managing a learning management system (LMS).
• Experience applying instructional design methodologies and using authoring tools like Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Ceros or similar.
• Experience leveraging AI tools in content development, instructional design, or learning technology.
• Experience leading small matrixed teams and cross-functional projects.
• Resourceful with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset.
