Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in transformation, finance, or enterprise learning.
- Experience owning a product, platform, or academy lifecycle.
- Experience presenting strategies and performance to senior leaders.
- Experience defining metrics and using data to guide priorities.
- Experience applying instructional design tools like Articulate/Adobe Captivate.
Responsibilities
- Own FSS Academy vision, strategy, roadmap, and governance.
- Design end-to-end learning experiences and portfolios.
- Translate priorities into scalable learning solutions and product requirements.
