Arch Capital Services LLC seeks an AVP, Corporate Transformation Advisory Delivery Manager in the United States to oversee and implement Lean transformation initiatives that drive sustainable improvements within a business unit. The role requires deep Lean expertise, strong collaboration with business experts, and a focus on delivering measurable value.

You will coach senior leaders, guide change management practices, and ensure continuous improvement becomes embedded in operations across units.

Competenze

• 7+ years of Lean management leadership experience.
• Experience in financial services or insurance industries preferred.
• Lean certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement.
• Proven track record implementing Lean/continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong data interpretation and performance measurement skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication for senior leaders.
