You will partner with the Executive Director Strategy and Performance Excellence to drive process improvements that enhance care delivery and efficiency.

The role requires leading teams, teaching workshops, and shaping daily management and deployment systems to sustain excellence in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum Lean/6-Sigma in healthcare or 6+ years in non-healthcare with healthcare exposure.
• Master's degree required; in lieu, 5 years Lean/6-Sigma in healthcare may substitute.
• Green Belt and Black Belt certifications are required or must be attained within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Assist executive leadership in driving continuous process improvement across the center using Lean Thinking.
• Lead Lean/6-Sigma initiatives and sustain a culture of operational excellence.
• Develop and implement Lean Daily Management System and Strategy Deployment.
