Job summary

LifeBridge Health’s Northwest Hospital in Baltimore County is seeking a Senior Lean Improvement Specialist to lead the development and execution of the organization’s improvement strategy, partnering with the leadership team to drive performance excellence.

You will promote continuous improvement through Lean education, coaching, and LMS transformation, design and monitor metrics, and oversee a portfolio of strategic projects across hospital operations and clinical services.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in operational excellence/performance improvement.
• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred (Engineering, Business Administration or related).
• PMP and Lean Six Sigma certifications strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate development, management, and implementation of the organization's improvement strategy with leadership.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through Lean education, training and coaching.
• Design and monitor internal metrics/controls to identify improvement opportunities and measure success.
• Oversee the Lean Management System transformation initiatives to enhance value and engagement.
