- 3+ years of warehouse/distribution or 3PL experience.
- Lean Six Sigma knowledge (Green Belt preferred).
- Experience with warehouse process improvement, WMS, AutoCAD, Excel, and Power BI.
- Ability to lead CI, Kaizen, DMAIC, and operational improvement projects.
