Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure seeks a Continuous Improvement Engineer to develop and implement CI initiatives across our Fontana operations, with a planned Lancaster transition. You will partner with production teams to analyze data, drive KPI improvements, and execute Lean Six Sigma projects that yield measurable cost savings.

The role requires 3–5 years in process improvement in manufacturing, strong analytical skills, and experience leading kaizen events using PDCA, value stream mapping, and other CI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years' experience in process improvement in manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
Experience leading CI events with kaizen tools; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt possible.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement CI activities across operations.
Lead or participate in kaizen events to improve performance.
Analyze production data and KPI trends; drive cost-savings.
Coordinate audits and follow-up actions; ensure actionable improvements.
Create and manage CI suggestion system; track implementation.
Support relocation and site operations during Lancaster transition.
