Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics in Fontana, CA, is seeking an Industrial Engineer Manager, CIP Engineering, to lead engineering initiatives that deliver safe, cost-efficient solutions and drive innovation across distribution operations.

You will track metrics, support budgets and cost-reduction goals, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize WMS/LMS, apply Lean and Six Sigma, and build ROI business cases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related accredited engineering field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse/supply‑chain environment
• Prior leadership positions directing Logistics Engineers in 3PL/supply‑chain environment

Responsibilities

• Lead CI and engineering projects to improve warehouse operations
• Analyze workflows across inbound, putaway, picking, packing, shipping
• Develop ROI analyses for proposed changes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support CI initiatives
• Define distribution system configurations to optimize performance
• Support client validation sessions (DQP) and knowledge transfer
• Document standardized processes for distribution functions
• Coach and mentor engineering staff
