Job summary
Elevance Health seeks a Process Improvement Manager Sr to lead continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned business unit. You will identify improvement opportunities, develop and implement best practices, and drive measurable performance gains across processes.
The role is hybrid with in-office 1–2 days per week, with occasional travel to worksites. Elevance Health offers a comprehensive benefits package, incentive programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) matching.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in related field with 8+ years of process-improvement, planning, and leadership experience.
- 3+ years at manager level in Process Improvement.
- Experience with PBM claims, authorization, and eligibility.
- Strong SQL and Teradata skills; Python and automation experience helpful.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; Salesforce experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities for improvement and implement best practices.
- Develop metrics to track performance and goals.
- Act as an internal consultant for CI initiatives.
- Develop enterprise-wide performance improvement plans.
- Travel to worksite as needed.
