Job summary

NEOTech is seeking a Senior Lean Manager to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations in California. You will deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and Operational Excellence strategies in an EMS environment, coaching teams and aligning with customer expectations and business goals.

You will lead cross‑functional improvement efforts, analyze KPIs, reduce waste, and promote standard work, process controls, and best practices. Excellent communication and mentoring skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years experience in Lean Management or continuous improvement.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent is required.
• Proven success leading Lean projects in manufacturing or service industries.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including data analysis.
• Expert in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and practices (6S, SMED, Kanban, Kaizen).
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in process improvement software and data analysis tools.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives across functions.
• Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis (OEE, FPY, scrap, cycle time).
• Execute and facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and process optimization projects.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement at all organizational levels.
• Develop dashboards and performance tracking systems; enable data‑driven decisions.
• Mentor Green Belts, Yellow Belts, and front‑line teams; coach managers.
• Drive cycle time reduction and line balancing; support DFM and capability improvements.
• Promote MES/ERP usage and standard work; lead audits and governance.
