Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation, a leading medical device contract manufacturer in Lowell, MA, seeks a Sr. Supervisor, Production to lead frontline teams and drive GMP-compliant output in a high‑tech environment.

Under ISO 13485 and FDA, you will execute production plans, mentor operators, monitor KPIs, and push continuous improvement using Lean, 5‑S, and visual management to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years' ISO 13485 medical device manufacturing experience.
• 1-3 years in Lean manufacturing.
• 3-5 years of supervisory or frontline production leadership.
• Proficient with ERP, MES, HRIS and related shop floor systems.
• Fluent English required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure conformance to ISO 13485 quality system and customer requirements.
• Plan and schedule work to meet customer commitments, including overtime planning.
• Maintain safe work practices and 5-S standards in compliance with regulations.
• Use ERP, MES and related systems to monitor shop floor transactions for accuracy.
• Lead tier meetings and coordinate with other departments.
• Interview, recommend and select candidates for employment.
• Provide training and development for software systems to staff.
• Manage and evaluate employee performance and drive accountability.
