Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 5 years of experience leading processes and teams in a manufacturing environment.
• Lean Practitioner Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workflow by monitoring process steps, equipment, personnel, and resources.
• Ensure production schedule is attained and issues are resolved promptly.
• Maintain quality and safety by establishing and enforcing standards.
• Lead staff through visual metrics and accountability meetings.
• Drive process improvements in quality, delivery, inventory, and safety.
