Cirtec Medical Corporation in Lowell, MA is seeking a Quality Control Supervisor to lead daily QC operations, supervise technicians across shifts, and ensure products meet quality and regulatory requirements. • Leadership and team management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to implement quality programs and analyze data.

Responsabilités

• Supervise Quality Control technicians across all shifts.
• Manage performance, attendance, training, staffing and disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate daily QC activities to support production schedules and customer commitments.
• Oversee inspections, NCMRs, material dispositions, and DHR reviews.
• Ensure inspection results meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Quality Engineering and Manufacturing on CAPA.
