Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Toyota Production Systems, lean concepts, and quality systems.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
• Proficient in quality tools: PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, and A3 problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and TPS tools. Apply lean principles, quality systems, statistical tools, and procedures.
