Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, develop and implement advanced manufacturing processes and equipment. You will report to the Director of Manufacturing and drive continuous improvement initiatives across teams to optimize quality and efficiency.

You will collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff, coaching lean practices such as Value Stream Mapping, 5-Why, Kaizen events, and standard work to enable reliable operations and process

Qualificações

• Experience applying lean principles and TPS in manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate complexity.
• Proficiency with quality tools: PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Gauge R&R, statistical analysis, and A3.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and implement innovative manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and production staff to optimize manufacturing operations.
• Oversee the manufacturing process to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the manufacturing team.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and TPS tools.
• Teach and coach team members on Value Stream Mapping, time studies, Kaizen events, Standard Work, audits/Gemba Walks, PFD, FMEA, Control Plan, Job Element Sheets, root cause analysis.
