Qualifications

• 3+ years in fabrication, submission applications, or design engineering.
• Proven process improvement track record demonstrated by lead time or cycle time reductions.
• Intermediate-to-advanced AutoCAD proficiency.
• Strong organizational and project planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop engineering staff through hands-on coaching.
• Own project planning across all active engineering work.
• Track and report on key performance metrics.
• Identify and drive process improvement opportunities.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and project specifications.
