Job summary

Raytheon seeks a Senior Area Transformation Industrial Engineer to support production in Tucson, AZ, focusing on lean transformation, throughput, and value stream improvements. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM and 5+ years of experience or a Master's with 2+ years experience.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
• Ability to obtain interim DoD clearance and maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with factory engineers to create predictable manufacturing systems.
• Analyze performance to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Calculate resource utilization and identify throughput constraints.
• Apply Six Sigma and Lean principles to remove bottlenecks and reduce costs.
• Create process flows and value stream maps to illustrate workflows and metrics.
• Contribute to strategic roadmaps focusing on capacity and technology insertion.
• Support factory layout changes and Make/Buy/Where analyses.
