Job summary

Raytheon in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer with 5+ years of experience. This 100% on-site role requires active DoD Secret clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

You will work in the Test Equipment Engineering Directorate on multidiscipline teams to develop and optimize test solutions for Raytheon products. Responsibilities include design, integration, and production test systems, plus technical, cost, and schedule management across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with 5+ years of relevant experience
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance
• Experience with electrical engineering design, troubleshooting, and test
• Experience with Altium, DX Designer, Mentor Capital, Creo Schematic
• Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, network analyzers, power meters
• Ability to interpret schematics

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate Raytheon test products within multidiscipline teams
• Develop engineering and production test systems, test interface adapters, cabling, schematic creation
• Contribute to all stages of test product development and manage cost/schedule
• Uncover and resolve issues during development and implementation of test products
