Job summary
MODULE X SOLUTIONS in Shreveport seeks a Senior Lean Engineer to drive strategy execution across operations, manufacturing, and quality. You will lead lean initiatives, build scalable processes, and partner with leadership to enable rapid growth while preserving safety and culture.
The role focuses on on-site leadership, floor discipline, and workforce development to support capacity expansion and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- 10–15 years in manufacturing operations.
- Heavy industrial or large-format assembly experience.
- Track record embedding lean tools, visual management, and safety systems.
- Led plant teams of 100–300+ people through lean initiatives.
- Willing to relocate to Shreveport and be onsite.
Responsibilities
- Own strategy execution for Operations including manufacturing, supply chain, safety and quality.
- Lead lean deployment and continuous improvement on the floor.
- Scale production capacity and workforce to meet growth plans.
- Partner with the Operations Leadership Team to align on execution and planning.
- Set as a visible floor presence, ensuring safety and productivity.
