Job summary

Integer Holdings is seeking a senior Continuous Improvement professional to lead company-wide lean initiatives. The role focuses on implementing manufacturing improvements through training, workshops, projects, and strategic initiatives with a system-wide scope.

You will work with plant leadership to drive cost reductions, safety, quality, and delivery improvements, guiding cross-functional teams through kaizen events and the lean toolset. A strong background in Lean Six Sigma is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• Industrial Engineering background is desirable.
• Master's degree strongly preferred for advanced leadership.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to quality, safety, FDA regulations and company policies.
• Leads transformational business process improvements.
• Acts as lean expert and guides senior plant management on lean methods.
• Performs gap assessments, maps current and future value streams, and develops improvement plans.
