The role focuses on leading Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, coaching leaders, and managing projects from planning to results tracking to deliver measurable efficiency gains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of continuous improvement, operational excellence, or manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Proven project management and leadership experience.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with teams at all levels of the organization.
