Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Continuous Improvement Analyst IV in Fairview, NC to lead deployment of TE Operation Advantage (TEOA) across multiple facilities. You will drive lean transformations, coach teams, and quantify savings while partnering with plant leadership to achieve cost, quality and productivity goals.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. Onsite work location is Fairview, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field.
• 5+ years in continuous improvement roles in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Demonstrated success delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and value stream mapping.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute site-level TEOA deployment strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to hit performance goals.
• Facilitate Lean transformation and Kaizen events.
• Coach Practitioners, Kaizen Facilitators, supervisors, and frontline staff.
• Drive sustainment of Lean tools and best practices.
