Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred.
Minimum 18 years of experience in a manufacturing organization with people leadership.
Proven track record in leading end-to-end operations and lean transformation.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic and operational leadership across continuous improvement, supply chain, and manufacturing functions.
Drive operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability.
Deploy lean transformation initiatives and TE's operating system standards (TEOA).
Define and govern operational KPIs with clear linkage to safety, quality, delivery, inventory, cost, and P&L.
Lead strategic supplier and stakeholder relationships and ensure on-time customer deliveries.
Plan, direct, and monitor production activities to meet safety, quality, and cost targets.
