Job summary

Alberici Constructors seeks a Senior Lean Services Associate to independently lead Lean implementation on small to mid-size construction projects, coaching project teams in Lean practices and facilitating planning sessions. You will co-lead complex planning with a Lean Manager, deliver Last Planner and 5S training, and support Lean Edge content updates while traveling across North America.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years of Lean experience on construction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field; 3–5 years Lean implementation on construction projects.
• Willingness to travel to North America for extended periods (up to 85%).
• Experience facilitating planning and improvement sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean implementation on small to mid-sized construction projects.
• Coach project teams on Lean planning, training, and continuous improvement.
• Co-facilitate planning sessions with a Lean Manager and deliver Lean training to teams.
• Facilitate retrospectives and Team Health reviews and support Lean Edge documentation updates.
