Job summary

Alberici Constructors, Inc. is seeking a Scheduling Manager in Saint Louis, MO to develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules. The role leads field schedulers, scheduling consultants, and project teams, ensuring schedule integrity and alignment with the Project Execution Plan.

The position involves collaboration across North America, with travel to company and subsidiary offices, client sites, and suppliers as required to fulfill scheduling duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Thorough understanding of scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6, is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops proposal and pre-construction schedules.
• Participates in project kickoff and startup meetings.
• Develops the Project Execution Plan and Baseline Schedule; assists with Baseline Schedule approvals.
• Loads resources into schedule activities and analyzes resource leveling.
• Leads discussions with internal teams and subcontractors to develop Resource Loaded Schedule.
