Job summary

Amcor is seeking a MPI Engineer Co-op in Oshkosh, WI, to drive standardization and continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You’ll work closely with plant teams to advance safety, quality and cost efficiency while gaining hands-on process engineering experience.

Active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical or Materials Science is required, with strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Material Science).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good time-management skills and multi-project handling.

Responsibilities

• Implement and lead standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve safety, service, quality and cost.
• Provide fundamental process engineering support with interaction at the plants.
