Job summary

Ramp is seeking a Lead Recruiter to own Director-level and above hiring across our G&A and business functions. You will partner directly with senior stakeholders to identify and hire leaders who will shape Ramp’s next stage of growth, owning searches from initial scoping through close.

You will translate ambiguous business needs into clear hiring strategies, build pipelines from scratch, and develop assessment approaches that reveal leadership capability and functional expertise while

Qualifications

6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
Experience leading complex senior-level searches from scoping to accepted offer.
Ability to advise senior leaders and influence hiring decisions through market insight and data.
Experience partnering directly with CEOs or C-suite leaders on critical hires.

Responsibilities

Lead Director-level and above searches across G&A and business functions.
Own searches from intake, market mapping through offer and close.
Develop fluency in supported functions and translate business needs into clear hiring strategies.
Build proactive pipelines through market research, sourcing, and referrals.
Develop assessment approaches that surface leadership effectiveness and functional expertise.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in sensitive searches.
