Colorado Public Radio (CPR) is seeking a Leadership Giving Lead to manage a donor portfolio and secure six-figure gifts while mentoring other Gift Officers. The role combines frontline fundraising with team leadership in the Denver metro area.

You will coach colleagues, drive strategic fundraising initiatives, and help CPR grow philanthropic support. A hybrid schedule requires three in-office days weekly with some travel and non-standard hours.

Formación

• At least 3 years fundraising experience with nurturing 1:1 donor relationships and securing six-figure gifts.
• At least 1 year coaching or mentoring experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills for funding proposals.
• Experience building trust, navigating conflict, and fostering positive working relationships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with customer relationship management systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
