Job summary

Minnesota Public Radio is seeking an Individual Giving Manager to lead engagement and revenue growth for Leadership Circle donors giving $1,200–$9,999 annually. You will manage a 600-household portfolio and collaborate across Philanthropic Development, Membership, and Content Partners to optimize stewardship and communications.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in nonprofit fundraising, demonstrated CRM proficiency, and the ability to build strong donor relationships while advancing equity

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in non-profit fundraising or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 600 Leadership Circle members giving $1,200–9,999 annually.
• Develop and implement communication, stewardship, and engagement strategies to grow revenue and meet annual goals.
• Cultivate donor relationships in person, over the phone, via email and direct mail.
• Coordinate with Major and Midlevel Giving to create a seamless donor experience.
