Job summary

COOK INLET TRIBAL COUNCIL, INC. is seeking a Leadership Development Partner to guide the organization’s Generative Leadership Model. You will partner with HR leadership to develop and implement supervisor and manager programs, succession planning, and advanced training that align with CITC values and competencies.

The Sr. Leadership Development Partner will drive strategy, advise senior leadership, and lead organization-wide needs assessments to improve leadership capability and program impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Leadership, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business Management, or related field.
• Two years of experience in a work setting focused on serving Alaska Native/American Indian people.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience focused on leadership development and training or a related field, including a management or supervisory role.
• Professional certification in adult learning, instructional design, and/or project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead CITC's leadership development strategy and translate priorities into measurable goals.
• Develop and facilitate advanced training for managers, directors, and senior leaders.
• Advise senior leadership on capability needs and readiness for change using data-driven recommendations.
• Conduct organization-wide needs assessments and drive improvements in programs.
• Lead cross-departmental projects with stakeholder alignment and resource management.
