Job summary

William Blair is seeking a Senior Consultant, Leadership Development to design and deliver leadership programs for a range of leaders. You will create curricula, facilitate sessions, and manage multiple initiatives from ground up.

You will lead post-promotion and pre-management programs, build a robust leadership toolkit, and partner with HR to align programs with business needs. This role requires strong instructional design, vendor management, and the ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 9–12 years of learning and development experience.
• 5 years designing/delivering end-to-end leadership programs.
• Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
• Experience building programs in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
• LMS experience; Workday Learning preferred.
• Experience managing external vendors.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build program content: design and develop curriculum, materials, and learning experiences.
• Deliver post-promotion cohort programs for senior leaders.
• Run a pre-management pipeline program preparing ICs for management.
• Facilitate ongoing manager development for experienced managers.
• Maintain the leadership self-service toolkit for managers.
• Deliver leadership assessment readbacks and development conversations.
• Manage external vendor relationships for leadership content.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to tailor programs by business unit.
• Manage programs operationally through the LMS including scheduling and reporting.
• Additional responsibilities as requested.
