Job summary

Brightview Senior Living, LLC in Baltimore is seeking a Learning and Development Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver impactful learning experiences for associates across 50 senior living communities. The role is hybrid from our Baltimore Home Office, partnering with SMEs to create evidence-based solutions using adult learning principles.

You will design courses across formats, develop curricula, scripts, and CBTs, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure materials remain

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with 3–4 years of instructional design experience.
• Experience designing for older adults in senior living or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership experience with direct reports preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and create courses through classroom training, webinars, and online courses.
• Develop curricula and learning activities, assignments, and assessments.
• Create CBT modules, scripts, and instructor materials.
• Collaborate with subject experts and update existing content.
• Troubleshoot issues with the technical team.
• Maintain Brightview University materials.
