Job summary

Jefferson Center is seeking a Manager of Withdrawal Management to lead ASAM Level 3.2 services, ensuring client-centered care, strong program operations, and compliance with licensing and accreditation standards. You will supervise staff, oversee budgets and contracts, build partnerships with providers, and promote trauma-informed, recovery-oriented practices across the program.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a related field is required.
• CAS or LAC licensure is required.
• QMAP training is preferred.
• Minimum of two years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and behavioral health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and operational oversight of Withdrawal Management services.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, licensing, and contracts for compliance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards and timely reporting.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with community providers and stakeholders.
• Advocate for Withdrawal Management services and recovery-oriented systems of care.
• Supervise and support staff, including the Program Coordinator, through coaching and performance reviews.
