Job summary

Invenergy LLC is seeking a Senior Manager of Renewable Development to oversee utility-scale solar and wind projects in the upper Midwest. The role leads development efforts across early to late stages, aligns with company strategy, manages staff and consultants, and coordinates permits.

Travel to MN, SD, ND and IL is required. The base pay ranges from $150,000 to $190,000 per year, plus a 25%–40% bonus and a broad benefits package including medical, dental and vision, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, networking, leadership, time management, and accounting skills.
• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred in business or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage development of wind, solar and storage projects in the United States.
• Lead development activities in early, mid, and late stages of projects.
• Coordinate landowner communication and permits; travel as needed.
• Oversee staff, consultants, and land agents; align with company strategy.
