Job summary

Invenergy is seeking a Senior Manager of Renewable Development to lead utility-scale solar and wind projects across the upper Midwest. You will drive development activities from early to late stages and align initiatives with the company's long-term strategy.

Travel to MN, SD, ND, and IL will be required. The role offers a base salary of $150,000 to $190,000 per year, a bonus of 25% to 40%, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 8+ years of work experience in renewable/clean energy.
• Ability to manage the development and strategic process for wind and/or solar projects.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage wind, solar and storage projects within the United States.
• Lead development activities in early, mid, and/or late stages of the project.
• Align projects with long-term company strategy and initiatives.
• Manage staff, consultants, and land agents as needed.
• Travel including MN, SD, ND, and IL.
