Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Physical AI Delivery and Solutioning Manager to lead client workstreams from discovery through mobilization, implementation, validation and transition. The role blends delivery accountability with technical depth to guide engineering decisions, redesign operating workflows, and manage stakeholders, value, scope, risk and team performance.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in consulting, systems integration or client‑facing delivery.
Experience in robotics integration, industrial automation, digital twins, simulation, AI/ML deployment, computer vision, edge/cloud or orchestration.
Ability to translate operational challenges into measurable outcomes and manage plan, team, quality, risk and stakeholder outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead delivery workstreams across digital twins and simulation, robotics AI and training, and industrial integration.
Own workplans, milestones, staffing, budget, quality, risks and client communications for the assigned scope.
Coordinate engineers, data and AI teams, cloud and edge teams, cybersecurity and ecosystem partners.
Provide design and delivery governance across architecture decisions, interfaces, testing and production readiness.
Guide teams through simulation, hardware-in-the-loop, site acceptance and transition-to-support activities.
