Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience; 12-15 preferred.
• Experience leading new product development in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills in a matrix environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams through the PDP.
• Drive engineering development, testing, validation, and launch activities.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and report updates to executives.
• Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and scope changes while ensuring execution.
• Align stakeholders across engineering, operations, product management, quality, and supply chain.
• Maintain project documentation and dashboards.
