Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline is required.
• 12+ years of experience in new product development within manufacturing/industrial settings is preferred.
• Experience leading complex projects using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methods.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization with distributed/global teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management strategies.
• Guide cross-functional teams through Flowserve's Product Development Process (PDP).
• Drive engineering development, testing, validation, and launch activities.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and present project updates to executive leadership.
• Manage project risks, timelines, budgets, and scope changes while ensuring successful execution.
• Influence and align stakeholders across engineering, operations, product management, quality, and supply chain functions.
• Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and portfolio reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and organizational effectiveness.
