Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of professional experience, preferably 12-15 years.
• Experience leading new product development projects in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Experience using Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk management.
• Guide cross-functional teams through Flowserve's PDP.
• Drive engineering development, testing, validation, and launch activities.
• Facilitate stage-gate reviews and present updates to executives.
• Manage risks, timelines, budgets, and scope changes for successful execution.
