Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, computer science or related field.
• Minimum of 11 years of related work experience, OR minimum of 8 years with advanced degree.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and cross-functional engagement.
• Experience with Policy Administration and/or Illustration Systems for Life Insurance & Annuities.

Responsibilities

• Define and clarify product implementation and production challenges. Recommend solutions across the team.
• Lead creation and modification of test tools and plans to validate rates and values.
• Estimate resourcing requirements for projects and ongoing operations.
• Own design and delivery of training and knowledge transfer for staff.
