Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Senior Manager, Workforce & Labor Relations to advise Transport Operations leadership on workforce strategy and labor relations across multiple markets. You will help strengthen employee engagement, resolve complex workplace issues, and support both unionized and non-union teams with proactive strategies.

You will work with the People Department, Legal, and Compliance to ensure consistent employment practices, prepare leaders for collective bargaining, and drive enterprise

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in employee and labor relations.
• Experience advising senior operational leaders on complex workforce matters.
• Experience working in unionized environments and collective bargaining prep.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor relations principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide workforce relations guidance to Transport Operations leadership across markets.
• Lead labor-management initiatives and prepare leaders for bargaining activities.
• Develop leadership tools and workshops to improve supervisory effectiveness.
• Improve employee engagement and organizational culture within operating markets.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and enterprise teams to align workforce strategies.
