Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Senior Manager, Labor Relations & Workforce Strategy in the West Berlin, NJ area with regular travel to NY/NJ/PA markets. This full-time, exempt role leads workforce relations for Transport Operations, partnering with People, Legal, and Compliance to guide engagement and labor relations strategy.

The position requires strong experience advising senior leaders on complex workforce matters, negotiation, and leadership development, with 40–60% travel across assigned markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, business administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in employee relations, labor relations, operations leadership, organizational development, or workforce strategy.
• Experience supporting multi-state operations and advising senior operational leaders on complex workforce matters.
• Experience in unionized environments, including grievance administration and labor strategy.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations principles, and leadership development.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary workforce relations advisor to Transport Operations leadership across assigned markets.
• Coach leaders through complex workplace situations and performance conversations.
• Develop proactive labor relations strategies and monitor labor trends.
• Support implementation of collective bargaining agreements and negotiated initiatives.
• Lead leadership workshops to strengthen supervisory skills and engagement.
• Partner with People, Legal, Compliance, and other centers of excellence to address workplace matters.
