Job summary

AT&T is seeking an Associate Director-Product Management & Development to lead strategy, development, growth, and lifecycle management of the Fixed Wireless portfolio for business customers. You will own portfolio strategy, roadmap, pricing, launches, and cross-functional delivery.

You will work with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Operations and other product teams to grow Fixed Wireless, drive subscriber growth, reduce churn, and maximize lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the fixed wireless product strategy, multi-year portfolio roadmap, investment priorities, and market differentiation plan.
• Drive fixed wireless subscriber growth and converged mobility attach by targeting high-opportunity segments and launching expansion programs.
• Lead product development from concept through launch, including user stories, requirements, testing, and general availability.
• Own portfolio P&L: forecasting, revenue optimization, cost management, KPIs, and reporting.
• Develop business cases for new products and investments; assess market and competitive impacts.
