Job summary

AT&T is seeking a Senior Wireless Design & Consulting Engineer to serve as the lead technical consultant for enterprise Wi‑Fi, RF engineering, and wireless design. You will collaborate with customers, sales, PMs, and implementation teams to craft solutions that meet performance and business objectives.

You will conduct RF assessments, create validated designs, generate BOMs, guide deployment teams, and act as a trusted SME throughout projects. Strong design and advisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wireless engineering, RF design, or enterprise network architecture.
• Experience leading wireless design and implementation projects.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and presentation skills.
• Ability to mentor engineers and serve as escalation resource.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary wireless engineering consultant for customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and design workshops with clients.
• Translate business requirements into scalable wireless architectures.
• Present recommendations, risks, and remediation plans to stakeholders.
• Provide technical leadership during pre-sales and delivery engagements.
• Develop BOMs and design deliverables for enterprise deployments.
• Oversee implementation and validation to ensure design integrity.
