Job summary

AT&T seeks a seasoned RF engineering leader to drive design governance for Fiber Gateways, Mesh Extenders, and Fixed Wireless Access devices. You will review OEM RF components, assess architectures, and ensure production-ready designs meet performance and regulatory standards.

With 10+ years in RF engineering, you will guide cross-functional teams, influence product roadmaps, and mentor engineers across global partner networks. This role is onsite with global impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in RF engineering for consumer electronics or broadband devices.
• Experience reviewing RF schematics, PCB layouts, and antenna designs.
• Familiar with FCC/regulatory certification processes and production testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF design governance for next-gen broadband devices.
• Review OEM RF components for performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Audit OEM labs to verify test methods and validation capabilities.
• Guide product lifecycle from concept to production readiness.
• Influence engineering standards and supplier accountability.
