Job summary

AT&T in Dallas is seeking a Senior Wireless Design & Consulting Engineer to lead enterprise Wi-Fi architecture, RF engineering, and customer advisory services. You will work with customers, sales, project managers, and implementation teams to design solutions that meet business and performance goals.

Strong leadership and clear communication are essential. Responsibilities include RF surveys, BOM creation, vendor-neutral design packages, and guiding deployment from design through validation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of wireless engineering, RF design, wireless consulting, site surveys, or enterprise network architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in: RF Engineering Wireless Design Ekahau Cisco Meraki Aruba Central Juniper Mist Ruckus WLAN Optimization TCP/IP Networking Routing and Switching Network Security
• Experience leading wireless design and implementation projects.
• Experience developing Bills of Material (BOMs) and customer design deliverables.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and presentation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to independently lead technical initiatives and customer engagements.
• Ability to serve as a technical mentor and escalation resource.

Responsibilities

• Lead wireless engineering consultant for customers.
• Conduct RF site surveys and predictive analyses.
• Develop enterprise WLAN designs and BOMs.
• Guide deployment and validate performance.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance.
• Review designs and ensure design governance.
