Job summary

The Cigna Group seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Risk Learning to shape the strategy for enterprise risk learning across regulatory, ethics, privacy, security, and annual required programs. You will lead a team and partner with Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Privacy, Human Resources, and business leaders to turn complex requirements into clear, modern learning that builds capability and reduces risk.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Learning and Development, Organizational Development, risk or compliance learning, or corporate training.
• Experience leading enterprise learning programs related to risk, compliance, ethics, regulatory matters, privacy, security, or governance in a highly regulated environment.
• Strong consulting, influencing, and stakeholder management skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Set and lead enterprise risk learning initiatives across regulatory, ethics, privacy, security, and annual required programs.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Ethics, Privacy, HR, and business leaders to translate complex requirements into engaging learning.
• Modernize learning with AI-enabled solutions, microlearning, and learning in the flow of work to improve impact and efficiency.
• Govern and optimize learning portfolios, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships.
