Zusammenfassung

The Cigna Group is seeking a Director of Enterprise Legal Management to own and advance our ELM platform, driving strategy, governance, and adoption across Legal and partner functions. You will optimize matter management, e-billing workflows, analytics, and reporting to deliver business value.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors, and balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years supporting Legal Operations or related legal tech.
• Hands-on admin/optimization of ELM and e-billing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of matter management, e-billing and reporting.
• Experience as platform/product owner or administrator for enterprise legal tech.

Aufgaben

• Own and lead the Enterprise Legal Management platform as business owner.
• Oversee platform configuration, testing, releases and ongoing optimization.
• Set governance and standards for matter management, e-billing, workflows, data quality and reporting.
• Develop the ELM roadmap aligned with Legal Operations and business priorities.
• Partner with Legal, IT, Finance, Procurement and vendors to deliver scalable solutions.
• Drive user adoption, training, change management and best practices.
• Create reporting, dashboards and analytics to support legal operations performance and spend management.
• Evaluate enhancements, automation opportunities and emerging capabilities.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure delivery of technology solutions.
