Qualifications

• Define long-term strategic vision and multi-year technical roadmap aligned with Fastly’s business goals.
• Hire and develop a high-performing team of software engineers, principal ICs and SREs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and priorities.
• Communicate strategy, progress, and risk to executive leadership and technical stakeholders.
• Leverage deep technical experience and contribute to development efforts where appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Architect and manage distributed container infrastructure at the edge to support customer workloads.
• Recruit, mentor, and scale the Containers at the Edge team for low latency and high availability.
