Job summary
Kraft Heinz is seeking a Group Lead for Digital Innovation to advance design thinking and strategic capabilities within the Global Digital team. You will identify transformative opportunities through workshops, collaborating with senior executives, and shaping actionable strategies.
Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data sciences, IT and business partners to ensure executable, high-impact initiatives that align with corporate priorities and regional needs.
Qualifications
- Experience in design strategy and business design.
- Proven ability to facilitate design thinking workshops with senior leaders.
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex systems.
Responsibilities
- Design Thinking Workshops: Plan, structure, and lead multi-day sessions for cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Align objectives with senior leadership and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Business Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Identify strategic initiatives and assess value delivery.
- Research and Synthesis: Lead user research and synthesize insights into actionable strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, data sciences, IT and business partners to execute strategies.
